摘要:
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是目前主要的致盲眼病,其发病机制复杂且尚未明确,近年发现免疫炎症反应和细胞因子在其发病中起重要作用。Th1、Th2、Th17型细胞因子在DR中分泌异常,作用并影响了疾病的发生发展。本文就Th1、Th2、Th17型细胞因子与DR的相关性研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is currently the main cause of blindness.Its pathogenesis is complex and unclear.In recent years,it has been found that immune inflammation and cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of DR.Th1,Th2,Th17 cytokines are abnormally secreted in diabetic retinopathy,which affects the occurrence and development of the disease.This article reviews recent progress in the study of correlation between Th1,Th2,Th17 cytokines and DR.
