摘要:
法兰巩膜层间人工晶状体植入术(FIHFT)因其可以避免人工晶状体脱位或因缝线降解或断裂造成的半脱位以及可以消除因缝线引起的炎症或感染等相关并发症,并且患者术后视力有明显改善等优势成为目前临床上治疗无晶状体眼的主流方案之一。但目前国内对于FIHFT存在的可能导致术后屈光预测误差的因素尚无系统性分析。本文分析了FIHFT可能存在的问题及导致术后屈光预测误差的原因,以期为临床工作提供参考。
Abstract:
Flanged intrascleral intraocular lens implantation has become one of the mainstream treatment solutions for aphakia in clinical practice due to its ability to avoid dislocation of the intraocular lens, or subluxation caused by suture degradation or breakage, as well as the ability to eliminate complications such as inflammation or infection caused by sutures, and the significant improvement in postoperative vision for patients. However, there has been no systematic analysis of the factors that may lead to postoperative refractive prediction errors in China. This article analyzes the possible problems of flanged intrascleral intraocular lens implantation and the reasons for postoperative refractive prediction errors, in order to provide reference for clinical work.
