摘要:
由于人眼结构复杂,开展直观眼科学习、手术训练存在困难。本研究通过虚拟现实技术,构建超声乳化白内障吸除术虚拟仿真系统,用于辅助眼的解剖知识学习和手术训练。系统分为Web版和PC版,通过云端完成程序运行与画面渲染,保证音频、视频、立体模型能在客户端和云端实现实时传输,摆脱了依赖昂贵外接设备的不足。立体形式的数字解剖和虚拟手术资源能够培养眼科医师的抽象思维,有助于知识的获取与掌握,并提升医生的实践能力,辅助真实操作。
Abstract:
Because of the complex structure of the human eyes, it is difficult to carry out intuitive ophthalmic learning and surgical training. This study uses virtual reality technology to build a virtual simulation system for phacoemulsification, which assists in eye anatomical theoretical and surgical training. The system is divided into a Web version and a PC version, which complete program operation and image rendering through the cloud, ensuring real-time transmission of audio, videos and three-dimensional models between the client side and the cloud, eliminating the shortage of expensive external devices. The three-dimensional digital anatomy and virtual surgical resources can cultivate the abstract thinking of ophthalmologists, help them acquire knowledge, and enhance doctors’ practical abilities.
