摘要:
干眼是以泪膜不稳定、眼部不适为特征的年龄相关性疾病,其发病与年龄、环境等多种因素密切相关。研究表明,氧化应激在干眼的发病过程中起关键作用。本文主要就氧化应激通过激活自噬、炎症和衰老等诱导干眼发生的机制以及天然食物中抗氧化剂对于改善眼表氧化应激状态、治疗干眼方面的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Dry eye is an age-related disease characterized by tear film instability and ocular discomfort. Its onset is closely related to various factors such as age and environment. Studies have shown that oxidative stress plays a key role in the pathogenesis of dry eyes. This review mainly describes the mechanism of oxidative stress by activating autophagy, inflammation and aging to induce dry eyes, and the application progress of the antioxidants from natural foods in relieving the oxidative stress state of the ocular surface and treating dry eyes.
