目的 在研究新型双目视力仪与传统经典立体视图检测近用立体视一致性的基础上,探讨影响立体视分布的可能因素。方法 横断面研究。随机选取2019年6月于天津市眼科医院体检的健康者56人,年龄6~46(18.88±10.21)岁,使用双目视力仪采集受试者双眼矫正远、近视力,远用、近用立体视锐度等检查结果。使用Titmus立体视图本检查受试者近用立体视。根据是否为成年进行分组,A组为年龄<18岁者,B组为年龄≥18岁者。双目视力仪与Titmus立体视图本检测结果采用配对样本卡方检验及Cohen’s Kappa系数一致性检验;立体视与年龄的关系采用Spearman直线相关性分析。结果 双目视力仪与Titmus立体视图本检测结果显示,二者具有中等程度一致性(Kappa系数=0.578,P<0.001)。A、B两组的近用立体视锐度正常率分别为 64.29%、57.14%,运立体视阈值为60″时,远用立体视锐度正常率分别为42.86%、35.71%;调整远立体视阈值为100″时,A、B两组立体视正常率均为67.86%。在异常立体视筛查者中,异常近立体视与年龄呈负相关性(r=-0.579,P=0.005),但异常远立体视与年龄无相关性(r=0.065,P=0.798)。结论 年龄可影响近用立体视,双目视力仪与传统方法测量结果比较一致性良好,可用于立体视的筛查。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the consistency between new binoptometer and traditional stereoscopic examination, and to find out the possible factors affecting distribution of stereoscopic vision.Methods In the cross-sectional study, fifty-six healthy subjects, who took ophthalmic examination in Tianjin Eye Hospital in June,2019 were randomly selected. The subjects were 6-46 (18.88±10.21) years old. Binoptometer was adopted to measure corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) and corrected near visual acuity (CNVA), as well as distance stereoacuity (DSA) and near stereoacuity (NSA) of both eyes. Titmus stereoscopic book was used to measure the NSA. According to whether the subjects are adults, they were divided into group A (<18 years old) and group B (≥18 years old).Cohen’s Kappa coefficient and paired sample chi-square test were used to check consistency between results of binoptometer and Titmus stereoscopic book. Spearman linear correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the relation between stereoscopic vision and age.Results Binoptometer and Titmus were moderately consistent in detecting stereoscopic vision (Kappa coefficient=0.578, P<0.001).As adjusting distance stereoscopic threshold to 60″,in group A and B, the normal rates of NSA were 64.29% and 57.14%, and the normal rates of DSA were 42.86% and 35.71%. As adjusting distance stereoscopic threshold to 100″, the normal rate of stereoscopic vision was 67.86% in both group A and B. In the subjects with abnormal stereoscopic screening results, the abnormal NSA had a negative correlation with age (r=-0.579, P=0.005), and there was no significant correlation between abnormal DSA and age (r=0.065, P=0.798).Conclusion Age can affect NSA. Binoptometer has a good consistency with traditional method that can be used for stereoscopic screening.
