摘要:
目的 比较SW-9000和IOL-Master测量青少年眼轴长度(axial length,AL)、角膜曲率及角膜直径的准确性和一致性。方法 选取来我院进行验光配镜的青少年患者101例,分别在自然瞳孔下进行SW-9000和IOL-Master测量,主要分析AL、角膜平坦曲率(flattest keratometry,FK)、角膜陡峭曲率(steepest keratometry,SK)、角膜水平直径(白到白距离;white to white,WTW)等生物学参数指标在两种测量方法之间的一致性和相关性。应用组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)和Bland-Altman 一致性分析来评估两种检查设备的可靠性和一致性。结果 两种测量方法测得的AL、FK、SK、WTW平均差值分别为0.09 mm、-0.08 D、-0.22 D、0.12 mm。两种测量方法测量的95%一致性界限范围,AL为0.56 mm,FK为1.38 D,SK为1.81 D,WTW为3.28 mm;其中WTW的范围最宽。2种仪器所测结果进行ICC分析,结果显示,AL、FK、SK、WTW的相关系数分别为0.997、0.987、0.983和0.179。结论 SW-9000测量AL、角膜曲率与IOL-Master的测量结果具有较高的一致性,SW-9000测量AL略长于IOL-Master,角膜曲率略平坦于IOL-Master;角膜直径的测量两者一致性较差。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the accuracy and consistency of SW-9000 and IOL-Master for measuring ocular components in adolescents.Methods 101 patients was conducted,whose eyes were respectively measured by SW-9000 and IOL-Master under natural pupil.Axial length (AL),flattest keratometry (FK),steepest keratometry (SK) and white-to-white (WTW) were the main evaluation indicators.Intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) and Bland-Altman’ s limits of agreement (LoA) were used to analyze repeatability and agreement of the results measured by the two devices.Results The mean differences of the two devices for measuring AL,FK,SK and WTW were 0.09 mm,-0.08 D,-0.22 D and 0.12 mm,respectively.The 95%limit of consistency were 0.56 mm,1.38 D,1.81 D and 3.28 mm for AL,FK,SK and WTW,respectively.And the range of the WTW was the biggest among them.The ICC for AL,FK,and SK was 0.997,0.987 and 0.983 and ICC for WTW was 0.179.Conclusion There is a high consistency between SW-9000 and IOL-Master for AL,FK and SK measurements for adolescents.The AL is a little longer measured by SW-9000 than by IOL-Master,and the corneal curvature is a little flatter measured by SW-9000 than by IOL-Master,but the consistency of WTW measurement is a little poor.
