摘要:
角膜屈光手术是目前矫正屈光不正的主流方法之一,但术后不可避免地会引入高阶像差,影响患者的视觉质量。本文通过介绍近年来国内外对不同角膜屈光手术方式术后高阶像差变化的研究,对比不同手术方式对高阶像差的影响,从而在临床中为手术医师对手术方式的选择提供参考。
Abstract:
Keratorefractive surgeries is one of the main methods to correct ametropia,but the high-order aberration will inevitably introduced after the surgery,which affects the visual quality of the patients.This article introduced recent studies on the change of high-order aberrations after different refractive surgery at home and abroad,and compared the effects of different surgical methods on high-order aberrations,which provides a reference for surgeons to choose the operation method in the clinic practices.
