摘要:
高度近视患者由于眼轴增长引起眼部一系列病变,其发病率在世界范围内急剧上升,尤其在亚洲呈现高发趋势。高度近视引起的眼底病变是导致视力下降的重要原因,即使手术治疗后效果仍不能令人满意,视功能的提高仍不太理想。高度近视患者后巩膜葡萄肿的部位、基底面积、容积、深度及曲率等特征,与眼底病变之间存在不同程度的相关性。后巩膜葡萄肿的分级和分型越高,眼底病变越严重。目前对于高度近视眼球形态的认识仍存在不足之处,应重视高度近视眼球形态对疾病发展的影响,加强对疾病动态及整体的认识,了解疾病的发展规律,从而做到个体化精准治疗。
Abstract:
High myopia is a disease with the longer axial length that causes a series of lesions such as posterior staphyloma and myopic traction maculopathy,and its incidence has risen worldwide.The retinopathy caused by high myopia is one of the common causes of vision loss.Even after surgery,the effect and improvement of visual functions are still not satisfactory.The position,range,size,depth,curvature,etc.of the posterior staphyloma in high myopia have different correlations with the retinopathy.And the higher of the posterior staphyloma,the more serious of the retinopathy.However,there are many deficiencies in understanding the shape of eyes,so more attention should be paid to the eye shape,and strategies including strengthening the overall understanding of the disease,making the classification more accurate,as well as understanding the prognosis were performed for achieving personalized treatment.
