摘要:
目的　探讨2型糖尿病与白内障术后干眼的相关性。方法　回顾分析2016年4月至10月收治的137例（176眼）白内障患者的临床资料，根据合并糖尿病情况分为糖尿病组及单纯白内障对照组，其中糖尿病组58例（71眼）、对照组79例（105眼），对比2组患者临床资料及术后干眼指标。结果　糖尿病组与对照组患者年龄、性别构成比均无明显差异（均为P>0.05）；糖尿病组术眼术后1周、1个月、3个月的问卷调查表(McMonnies questionnaire,MQ)评分、泪膜破裂时间（break-up time，BUT）、角膜荧光素(fluorescein，FL)染色、基础泪液分泌试验（schirmer Ⅰ test，S Ⅰ t）均明显差于术前2 d（均为P<0.01），随时间延长均趋于逐渐缓解；对照组患者术眼术后1周、1个月的MQ评分、FL染色、S Ⅰ t均明显差于术前2 d的指标（均为P<0.01），术后1周、1个月、3个月BUT与术前2 d BUT无明显差异（均为P>0.05），术后3个月所有指标与术前2 d均无明显差异（均为P>0.05）。糖尿病组术眼术后1周、1个月、3个月的MQ评分、BUT、FL染色、S Ⅰ t均明显差于对照组（均为P<0.01）。结论　2型糖尿病患者行白内障术后并发干眼症状较单纯白内障术后患者更加严重。
Abstract:
Objective　To explore the relationship of T2DM with xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.Methods　Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 137 cataract patients (176 eyes) from April,2016 to October,2016.The DM patients were chosen as the DM group (58 cases,71 eyes),and single cataract ones were chosen as the control group (79 cases,105 eyes).The clinical data and xerophthalmia index were compared between two groups.Results　The age and sex constituent ratio of DM group and control group had no significant difference（all P>0.05）.The postoperative MQ score,BUT,FL,S Ⅰ t of DM group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months were significantly worse than those at preoperative 2 days（all P<0.01），but the indexes relieved with time prolong.The postoperative MQ score,FL,S Ⅰ t of control group at 1 week,1 month were significantly worse than those at preoperative 2 days（P<0.01），the postoperative BUT and preoperative BUT had no significant difference（P>0.05），all of the postoperative index and preoperative index had no significant difference（all P>0.05）.The postoperative MQ score,BUT,FL,S Ⅰ t of DM group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months were significantly worse than those of the control group（all P<0.01）.Conclusion　The xerophthalmia after cataract surgery of T2DM patients are more seriously than normal cataract patients.
