摘要:
目的 观察玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗对视网膜色素变性伴发的黄斑囊样水肿的有效性。方法 回顾性分析在我院眼科就诊的视网膜色素变性伴发黄斑囊样水肿的患者6例10眼,10眼均给予玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗(0.1 mL,含雷珠单抗1 mg)治疗,病情反复者可重复注射。随访不少于12个月,观察注射前及注射后视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度及黄斑区多焦电生理峰值的变化。结果 视力注射前为5/400~20/200,注射后12个月提高至10/200~10/50。注射前平均黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度为526.8 μm,注射后12个月为192.4 μm。9眼黄斑区多焦电生理的峰值术后恢复至正常水平,1眼改变不明显。随访期间2眼有一过性眼压升高,余未见其他并发症发生。结论 玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗治疗视网膜色素变性伴发的黄斑囊样水肿安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate and report the effectiveness of intravitreal injection of lucentis for patients with macular edema associated with retinitis pigmentosa (RP).Methods Our prospective study included 10 eyes of 6 patients with cystoid macular edema (CME) secondary to RP.Intravitreal injection of lucentis treatment was taken in all 10 eyes.The best corrected visual acuity,foveal retinal thickness (CRT) measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and multifocal ERG was observed before and after the treatment.Results The pre- and post-treatment visual acuity ranges were 5/400-20/200 and 10/200-10/50,respectively.The mean central macular thickness was 526.8 μm(range 370-620 μm)before lucentis injection.The central macular thickness decreased to 192.4 μm(range 152-251 μm)after lucentis injection.The peak of the macular multifocal electrophysiology returned to the normal level in 9 eyes,1 eye remained the pre-treatment level.No severe ocular and systematic side effects was found.Conclusion Intravitreal injection of lucentis is a new choice of treatment,which can effectively improve the visual acuity and eliminate the CME associated with RP.
