摘要:
鼻泪管阻塞的手术方法主要包括经皮肤切口泪囊鼻腔吻合术和经鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术,其中经鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术具有外科创伤小,手术时间和住院时间短,术后痛苦小、恢复快、无颜面部瘢痕,保护“泪液泵”生理功能等优点。随着手术设备和鼻内镜技术的改进,经鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术以其较高的手术安全性和成功率,已成为鼻泪管阻塞性疾病的重要治疗手段,本文主要就其手术适应证、辅助技术应用、手术效果评价以及导致手术失败相关因素等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
The main surgical methods of nasolacrimal duct obstruction include external dacryocystorhinostomy and endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy ( EEDCR). EE-DCR have many advantages, such as little invasion, short operative time, short hospital stay,few pains,rapid recovery,no facial scar,normal preserved function of " lacrimal pump" . With the increasing progress of surgical equipment and endoscopic techruque,EE-DCR has become an important treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction diseases because of high safety and success rate. This article reviews the recent progress on EE-DCR from the following respects:the surgicalindications,assistive technology,postoperative evaluation,and causative unsuccessful factors.
