摘要:
角膜新生血管是多种眼表疾病的病理改变，是常见的致盲因素之一。近年来，国内外对角膜新生血管的治疗做了大量的研究。目前临床上主要包括药物治疗和外科治疗。药物治疗方面包括抗炎药物、血管内皮生长因子抑制剂。外科治疗方面包括激光、电凝法和眼表重建手术。此外，许多处于实验研究阶段的药物及新型治疗方法也被证实具有临床应用前景。本文对角膜新生血管临床治疗的现状及发展前景作一综述。
Abstract:
Corneal neovascularization ( CNV ) is a common pathological change of different numerous ocular surface disorders. It is one of the reasons leading to blindness. Recently, much research of the treatments on corneal neovascularization have been made. At present , therapies for CNV include medical treatment and surgery in clinic. The medical treatment of CNV includes anti-inflammatory drug , vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor. The surgical treatment includes laser therapy, electrocoagulation and ocular surface reconstruction. In addition , there are some molecules and novel approaches in experimental stage have shown a bright prospect in clinical application. This article reviews the established and potential new therapies for CNV.
