摘要:
光学相干断层扫描(opticalcoherencetomography,OCT)血管成像(angiographyOCT,Angio-OCT)是一种无创性的新型血流成像技术,仅在数秒内获得视网膜血管影像。与传统的OCT相比,Angio-OCT的分辨率更高、扫描速度更快,能够更精确地定性分析视网膜结构形态改变,同时实现了无创性定量测量视网膜、脉络膜、视盘的血管和血流灌注。本文对Angio-OCT的定量测量血流灌注的原理,以及在脉络膜新生血管、视网膜动静脉阻塞、糖尿病视网膜病变以及原发性开角型青光眼等眼科主要疾病中的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Optical coherence tomography angiography( Angio-OCT) is a new , noninvasive imaging technique generates angiography images of retinal blood flow in a matter of seconds. Compared with the conventional OCT, Angio-OCT has achieved higher resolution and faster scanning speed, so that qualitatively requires structure changes more accurate, and quantitatively measures the retina, choroid, the optic disc and its perfusion. This article reviews the principle about quantitative measurement in retina. choroid,optic disc, and its advanced clinical application in ophthalnuc diseases including choroidal neovascularization. retinal artery/vein occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, primary open angle glaucoma.
