摘要:
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)是糖尿病微血管并发症的眼部表现,是全球成人不可逆性盲的主要原因之一。尽管国内外有关DR代谢途径的分子机制研究很多,但迄今为止仍然无法对其给予有效地预防和治疗。目前已发现多条与DR发病机制相关的细胞内信号转导途径,并具有交互作用。寻找调控信号通路中起阀门作用的分子开关,可有效地阻止DR病理代谢途径的发展,为临床上治疗DR提供新的思路。本文针对DR发病机制及参与其中的信号通路进行综述。
Abstract:
Diabetic retinopathy ( DR) , a chronic and multifactorial ocular microvascular complication of diabetes.is the leading cause of blindness in working age population. Although there are many researches about the pathologic mechanisms of DR , it remains hard to be prevented and treated. The pathogenesis of diseases is the result of waterfall cascades, which is involved with multiple signaling pathways. It has been found that a lot of intracellular signal transduction pathways with cross-talking are related to DR. Controlling the molecular switch in signaling pathways could not only prevent the progess of the disease effectively,but also provide a new idea for the clinic therapy of DR. This article reviews the pathogenesis of DR and its relevant signal pathways.
