摘要:

我国真菌性角膜炎发病率逐年增高，已成为继白内障后眼科首位致盲眼病，治疗较为棘手。模式识别受体在角膜组织中功能性表达或经诱导表达增高，识别真菌入侵，启动固有免疫反应，进而激活获得性免疫反应，是角膜抗真菌免疫的首道防线。本文主要对近些年国内外关于真菌性角膜炎相关模式识别受体的研究情况进行综述，以期能从源头上重新认识真菌性角膜炎的发病机制，为临床提供新的治疗靶点。

Abstract:

The incidence of fungal keratitis increase in China yearly , which has become the main cause of blindness besides cataract and is intractable. PRRs express in cornea basically or increase after inducement , acting as the first defense of the cornea antifungal immune by identifying the invasion of fungi,initiating the innate immune . and activating the acquired immune response. This article reviews the advances of pattern recognition receptors in fungal keratitis at home and abroad in recent years ,looking forward to have a new look at the pathogenesis of fungal keratitis from the very beginning, then to provide new therapeutic targets for clinic.
