摘要:
目的 观察高度近视并发脉络膜新生血管患者黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度的变化,同时比较与其年龄、性别、眼轴长度和屈光度均相匹配的高度近视未伴发脉络膜新生血管患者的黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度。方法 本研究收集2013年9月至2014年8月在我院眼科门诊确诊的高度近视患者72例(72眼),分为未发生脉络膜新生血管组36例(36眼)和伴发脉络膜新生血管组36例(36眼),2组患者均行眼轴长度、屈光度、眼底和频域光学相干断层扫描检查。结果 高度近视未发生脉络膜新生血管组黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度为(102.38±39.05)μm,高度近视伴发脉络膜新生血管组黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度为(61.72±22.28)μm,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.16,P<0.05)。两组内脉络膜厚度与眼轴长度均呈负相关。结论 高度近视的发展可能与脉络膜的血流灌注状态有关,脉络膜血流灌注减少所致黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度变薄可能在脉络膜新生血管发生方面起一定作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of subfoveal choroidal thickness( SFCT) in eyes with high myopia with choroidal neovascularization ( CNV) , and compare choroidal thickness in these eyes with highly myopic eyes without CNV. matched with the others group by age ,sex , axial and diopter. Methods In this retrospective study,36 eyes with high myopia and CNV.matched with 36 high myopic eyes without CNV were exanuned in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014. The refractive errors and fundus were all exanuned. OCT scans were performed with spectral-domain OCT. Axial length was examined with IOL-Master. Results SFCT in the high myopic eyes without CNV was ( 102. 38 + 39. 05 ) Vm , which was ( 61. 72 + 22. 28 ) ym in the high myopic eyes with CNV . the difference was statistically significant ( t = 5. 16 . P < 0. 05 ) . The negative correlations were found between SFCT and axial length in the high myopic eyes without CNV(r = - 0. 738 .P < 0. 05 ) and high myopic eyes with CNV ( r = -0. 840 .P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The development of high myopia may be associated with the choroid perfusion. The reduced choroid perfusion lead to thinrung choroidal thickness.which may play a role in the pathological process of CNV.
