摘要:
 目的 探讨肾阳虚体质对负透镜诱导豚鼠的屈光度、眼轴长度及后极部巩膜厚度的影响。方法 选取24只3周龄雄性健康三色短毛豚鼠,随机分为正常对照组、透镜诱导组和肾阳虚+透镜诱导组,每组各8只。肾阳虚+透镜诱导组每日腹腔注射氢化可的松注射液,剂量10mg?kg-1,正常对照组和透镜诱导组则注射等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续2周。第3周起,透镜诱导组、肾阳虚+透镜诱导组右眼均戴-10.00D透镜,左眼作为自身对照眼,正常对照组则不作任何处理,透镜诱导2周后各组进行屈光度、眼轴长度及后极部巩膜厚度的测量。结果 透镜诱导组自身对照眼屈光度、眼轴长度和后极部巩膜厚度分别为(1.52±0.45)D、(8.52±0.04)mm、(291.25±18.08)μm,与之相比透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加为(-2.16±0.09)D,眼轴延长为(8.61±0.03)mm,后极部巩膜厚度降低为(233.75±23.26)μm(均为P<0.01);肾阳虚+透镜诱导组自身对照眼屈光度、眼轴长度和后极部巩膜厚度分别为(1.56±0.18)D、(8.53±0.09)mm、(296.25±22.64)μm,与之相比肾阳虚+透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加为(-2.73±0.55)D,眼轴延长为(8.70±0.10)mm,后极部巩膜厚度降低为(180.00±16.04)μm(均为P<0.01);与透镜诱导组造模眼相比,肾阳虚+透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加更多,眼轴延长更显著,后极部巩膜厚度降低更明显(均为P<0.05)。结论 在负透镜诱导下,肾阳虚豚鼠较正常豚鼠眼轴延长和近视度增加更加显著,肾阳虚体质与近视的发生发展可能有密切联系。
Abstract:
 Objective To explore the effects of Kidney-Yang Deficiency syndrome ( KYDs) on the refraction, axial length and thicknesses of posterior sclera of guinea pigs with minus lens-induced myopia ( LIM ) . Methods Twenty-four three-week-old male pigmented guinea pigs were randomly divided into the normal control group ,LIM group and the KYDs + LIM group,8 animals in each group. The KYDs + LIM group were intraperitoneally injected hydrocortisone at a does of 10 mg . kg-l , while the normal group and the LIM group were treated with isodose saline at the same time. once daily for 2 weeks. Since the third week, the right eyes of LIM group and KYDs + LIM group were covered with a - 10. 00 D lens , while the both eyes of normal control group were not treated. The refraction , axial length and thicknesses of posterior sclera were measured in all groups 2 weeks later. Results The myopic diopters, axial lengths and thicknesses of posterior sclera of the fellow eyes in LIM group were ( 1. 52 +0. 45 ) D , ( 8. 52 + 0. 04 ) mm , ( 291. 25 + 18. 08 ) ym , respectively. By contrast , the myopic diopters of LIM eyes were increased to ( - 2. 16 +0. 09) D.and the axial lengths were prolonged to ( 8. 61 + 0. 03) mm , and the thicknesses of posterior sclera were decreased to ( 233. 75 + 23. 26 ) p m ( all P < 0. 01 ) . The myopic diopters , axial lengths and thicknesses of posterior sclera of the fellow eyes in KYDs + LIM group were ( 1. 56 + 0. 18 ) D. ( 8. 53 +0. 09 ) mm , ( 296. 25 + 22. 64 ) Vm , respectively. By contrast , the myopic diopters of KYDs + LIM eyes were increased to ( - 2. 73 +0. 55 ) D, and the axial lengths were prolonged to ( 8. 70 + 0. 10) mm . and the thicknesses of posterior sclera were decreased to ( 180. 00 + 16. 04) ym ( all P < 0. 01). Compared with the LIM eyes , the KYDs + LIM eyes were more myopic and longer , and the thicknesses of posterior sclera were thinner ( all P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Under the induction of nunus lens, the eyes of KYDs guinea pigs tend to be more myopic and longer than that of normal guinea pigs. KYDs is probably associated with the occurrence and development of myopia.
