摘要:
端粒酶活性对人晶状体上皮细胞的增生、衰老以及白内障的发生发展具有重要作用。目前,白内障晶状体上皮细胞中端粒酶活性的改变与细胞DNA损伤、凋亡、增殖的因果关系成为争论的焦点。本文就晶状体上皮细胞中端粒酶的表达、调节机制及其临床应用进行综述。
Abstract:
Telomerase activity plays an important role in the human lens epithelial cells ,proliferation , senescent and the occurrence and progress of cataract. At present, the causality between telomerase activity in lens epithelial cells of cataract and cell’ s DNA damage , apoptosis , proliferation become the focus of debate. This article reviews the mechanisms of the expression and regulating of telomerase activity and its clinical application in lens epithelial cells.
