摘要:
目的 探讨早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathyofprematurity,ROP)患儿血清谷氨酸浓度变化及其与ROP的相关关系。方法 选取2009年1月至2013年7月我院收治的100例早产儿为研究对象,所有患儿均接受ROP筛查,并分别于生后7d、42d进行外周血谷氨酸浓度测定。结果 根据筛查结果分为3组,Ⅰ组为轻度ROP(Ⅰ -Ⅱ期)共36例,Ⅱ组为重度ROP(Ⅲ -Ⅴ期)共18例,Ⅲ组为未发生ROP的早产儿共46例。生后7dⅢ组与Ⅰ组血清谷氨酸浓度分别为(69.348±25.768)mmol?L-1、(84.278±30.089)mmol?L-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组血清谷氨酸浓度(122.222±42.503)mmol?L-1比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组血清谷氨酸浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生后42dⅠ组与Ⅱ组血清谷氨酸浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清谷氨酸升高与ROP呈正相关(r=0.9716,P<0.05)。结论 ROP患儿血清谷氨酸浓度越高,病情越重,抑制谷氨酸浓度升高可能会预防和减轻ROP的发生发展。
Abstract:
Objective To deternune the serum level of glutamate ( GLU ) in patients with retinopathy of prematurity ( ROP) and their correlation. Methods One hundred cases of prematurity were chosen. all newborn infants received the ROP screerung , and the GLU concentration in serum was detected at postnatal 7 day and 42 days. Results Based on the screening of ROP. the infants were divided into three groups , group I was mild ROP in 26 cases , group II was server ROP ( stage III - lV ) in 18 cases ,group JII was non( ROP in 46 cases. The GLU concentration in serum of group I . n and m at postnatal 7 days were ( 84. 178 + 30. 089 ) mmol . L". ( 122. 222 +42. 503 ) mmol . L - l and ( 69. 348 + 25. 768 ) mmol . L ’1 , respectively , there were statistical differences between group I and III ,group I and n ( all P < 0. 05 ) , and significant difference between group n and III (P < 0. 001) . There was statistical difference in GLU concentration at postoperative 42 days between group I and II (P < 0. 05 ) . The increases of GLU concentration in serum was positive correlated with ROP ( r = 0. 9716 ,P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The higher GLU level in serum is .the more severe the illness will be , and inhibition of GLU level can prevent and reduce the occurrence and development of ROP.
