摘要:
干眼是泪液和眼球表面的多因素疾病,能引起不适、视觉障碍和泪膜不稳定,可能损害眼表,伴有泪液渗透压升高和眼表炎症。维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,在皮肤中产生或随食物摄取,具有多种功能,对骨骼、肠道、肾脏,特别是免疫系统等有重要的调节作用。近年研究发现,维生素D缺乏与干眼存在密切联系。本文就维生素D缺乏与干眼之间的关系进行综述。
Abstract:
Dry eye is a multifactorial disease of tear and ocular surface that can cause ocular discomfort, visual impairment and tear film instability with potential ocular surface damage, increased tear osmolality and ocular surface inflammation. Vitamin D is a lipid-soluble vitamin produced in the skin or ingested with food. It has a variety of functions and plays an important role in the regulation of bone, intestine, kidney, especially the immune system. Recent studies have found that Vitamin D deficiency is closely related to DE. This paper reviews the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and DE.
