摘要:
目的　探讨Ｒｅｓｉｇｈｔ非接触式广角镜在微创玻璃体切割系统中的应用效果。方法　选取２０１２年１月至２０１５年１月我院收治的８０例复杂视网膜脱离患者为研究对象，所有患者均行玻璃体视网膜手术治疗。采用随机数字表法将８０例患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各４０例。观察组在Ｒｅｓｉｇｈｔ非接触式广角镜下采用２３Ｇ或２５Ｇ微创玻璃体视网膜切割系统进行手术治疗，对照组采用２３Ｇ或２５Ｇ微创玻璃体视网膜切割系统进行手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、手术前后矫正视力、手术效果和并发症发生情况。结果　术后两组矫正视力为光感-手动和０．０５－０．１的患者比例与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（均为Ｐ＜０．０５），而两组术前和术后视力组间差异均无统计学意义（均为Ｐ＞０．０５）。观察组功能痊愈率和手术成功率分别为８２．５％ 和９５．０％，对照组分别为６７．５％和８２．５％，两组差异均有统计学意义（均为Ｐ＜０．０５）。观察组和对照组患者的并发症总发生率分别为３５．０％和３２．５％，差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论　复杂性视网膜脱离患者行Ｒｅｓｉｇｈｔ非接触式广角镜下玻璃体视网膜手术能够有效缩短手术时间，提高手术成功率。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the application effects of Resight non-contact wide-angle lens in minimally invasive vitrectomy system. Methods Eighty cases of patients with complex retinal detachment treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the research subjects , who were treated with vitreoretinal surgery. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with 23 G or 25 G nunimally invasive vitrectomy system under the Resight noncontact wide-angle lensm , while the control group was treated with 23 G or 25 G minimally invasive vitrectomy system for surgery. The operative time , corrected vision before and after surgery , surgical results and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The distributions of light-manual and 0. 05 - 0. I of visual acuity in the two groups after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation ( all P < 0. 05 ) , while the difference in the preoperative and postoperative visual acuity between the two groups was not statistically sigruficant ( all P > 0. 05 ) . The functional recovery rate and surgical success rate in the observation group were respectively 82. 5% and 95. 0% . which were 67. 5% and 82. 5% in the control group , respectively , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence of complication in the observation group and control group were respectively 35. 0% and 32. 5% ,respectively , the difference between two groups was not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The application of Resight non-contact wide-angle lens in minimally invasive vitrectomy system can effectivelv shorten the ODeration time and imDrove the success rate of srmlerv .
