摘要:
Nrf2/Keap1系统被认为是机体抗氧化机制中最重要的通路,该通路的激活及其与其他通路相互作用是阻止白内障发生发展的重要机制。研究表明,Nrf2/Keap1抗氧化系统结构功能异常、去甲基化的启动与加速及Tet1的异常激活与白内障的发生发展密切相关。本文就Nrf2/Keap1系统与白内障发生发展的关系及其相关机制进行综述。
Abstract:
Nrf2/Keapl system is considered to be the most important pathway in the mechanism of antioxidant, the activation of this pathway and its interaction with other pathways are the important mechanisms to prevent the development of cataract. Studies have shown that the abnormal structure and function of Nrfl/Keapl antioxidant system , starting and accelerating methylation and Tetl activation is closely related to the occurrence of cataract development. This article reviews the relationship between Nrf2/Keapl system and development of cataract and its related mechanisms.
