摘要:
目的 探究异氟醚单凭吸入麻醉法用于糖尿病大鼠玻璃体注射的可行性。方法20只同龄SD雄性糖尿病大鼠随机平均分为A、B组,A组腹腔注射水合氯醛(4mg? kg-1)麻醉,B组采用体积分数1.5%异氟醚吸入法麻醉。麻醉起效后,于显微镜下行大鼠玻璃体注射间充质干细胞。比较2组动物的麻醉起效时间、肛温、呼吸频率、麻醉时间、死亡率、玻璃体注射操作成功率。结果 麻醉后,A、B两组动物麻醉起效时间分别为(3.75±0.63)min、(4.78±0.47)min,肛温分别为(34.70±0.43)℃、(35.18±0.22)℃,呼吸频率分别为(58.56±4.64)次?min-1、(56.80±2.61)次?min-1,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。A、B组麻醉时间分别为(27.33±3.87)min、(4.84±0.75)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除A组1只麻醉死亡、B组有1例晶状体扎伤外,其他大鼠均成功进行了玻璃体注射,2组的死亡率和操作成功率差异均无统计学意义(均为P>005)。结论 异氟醚吸入法操作简便,成功率高,可作为糖尿病大鼠短时间操作(如玻璃体注射等)的首选麻醉。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the feasibility of isoflurane anesthesia on intravitreal injection of diabetes rats. Methods After inducing diabetes models, twenty male SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into two groups : the anesthesia of rats in group A with intraperitoneal injection of chloralhydrate (4 mg . kg ’l ) ; B inhalation anesthesia with isoflurane ( 1. 5% ) . Intravitreal injections of mesenchymal stem cell were operated in all animals after then. The index of rats’ onset anesthesia time, anal temperature . breath rate . anesthesia time . mortality and experimental effect were observed in the two groups of diabetes rats. Results The onset anesthesia time of group A and B were ( 3. 75 + 0. 63 ) minutes and ( 4. 78 + 0. 47 ) minutes , anal temperature were ( 34. 70 +0. 43 ) oC and ( 35. 18 +0. 22 ) oC ,breath rate were ( 58. 56 +4. 64 ) times per minute and ( 56. 80 + 2. 61 ) times per minute , respectively , there was no significant difference between two groups ( all P > 0. 05 ). The anesthesia time of group A and B were ( 27. 33 + 3. 87 ) minutes and (4. 84 + 0. 75 ) minutes, respectively , there was statistical difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Furthermore , the mortality and experimental effect also showed no significant difference between two groups(P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The isoflurane anesthesia is simple and safe for diabetes rats accepting intravitreal injection.
