摘要:
《早产儿视网膜病变国际分类法》（International Classification of Retinopathy of Prematurity,ICROP）旨在建立一套系统的针对早产儿视网膜病变（ROP）的标准化术语，为临床工作和基础研究中的学术交流提供“共同语言”，自发布以来积极地推动了世界范围ROP防治工作。第3版ICROP（ICROP3）保留了前期ICROP的主体，修订、量化或细化了部分已有的术语，提出和定义了一些新概念，更加关注了ROP的发展和转归。ICROP3内容丰富而新颖，概念明晰且精炼，针对性地解决了目前临床工作中的一些困惑，值得学习和推广应用。
Abstract:
The International Classification of Retinopathy of Prematurity (ICROP) aims to establish a set of standar-dized nomenclature for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in order to provide a “common language” for academic exchanges in clinical practice and basic research.Since released,it has actively promoted the prevention and control of ROP worldwide.In the third edition of ICROP (ICROP 3), the main body from previous ICROP has been retained; Certain existing terms has been redefined,quantified or specified; Some new concepts has been proposed and updated; The late stage and long-term sequelae of the ROP has been received with great concern.ICROP 3 is not only informative,up-to-date and accurate,but also brings forward direct solutions to certain practical confusions,which is worthy to be recommended and widely spread.
